At your leasing appointment you need to put down half of the total security deposit (one month's rent plus $40 for a key deposit or $300 for a studio at one of our studio buildings.)During your leasing appointment Kelly will go over the terms of the lease agreement and give you a 2 week deadline to complete and return all of your paperwork along with the remaining balance of the security deposit. Only 1 person from the group needs to attend the leasing appointment, however if anyone has specific questions about the lease agreement or terms of the lease, we encourage you to attend.
