About Us

COMPANY BACKGROUND

University Manors, Ltd. was established in 1997 by two former OSU students and has grown to an organization that owns and manages almost five hundred rental units in the off-campus area.  These units are all types and sizes, ranging from studio apartments to ten bedroom homes.

The company’s growth is reflected in their mission statement: “To provide the finest quality housing at the most affordable price.”

University Manors believes that a student’s relationship with their management company should be hassle free.  This is accomplished by keeping the properties in quality condition. In fact, we spend a great deal of time and financial resources reinvesting in our properties by upgrading and improving them.  If you have been in any of our homes, it is evident that University Manors strives to achieve a higher standard of off-campus living at an affordable rate.  Check out some of our recent renovations at 31 Chittenden, 1662 Summit, 364 E. Northwood, and 1608 Summit St.

As local owner-operators, we have a vested interest in each and every property.  This is in contrast to the many third party, off-campus management companies, who are not owner-operators themselves.

Our rental units are managed as though our sons and daughters are living in them, which in fact, many of them have!

If you are a student interested in a superior off-campus living experience, University Manors, Ltd. is the company for you.
